Initiated member of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON): Huge experiences to interact with large numbers of rural poor people through spiritual preaching and improve the family peace through proper utilization of time and consciousness to sustain Indian mix culture and rituals apart from healthy ways of economic uplifting and adopting new innovating scientific and traditional knowledge. Develop deep spiritual consciousness which teach common people how to pay respect to Bharat mata, Dharitri mata and Gomata to sustain Indian riched culture which will provide lesion to all Indian to create a corruption free India. Consciousness programm in different parts of Bengal, I developed skill to understand the body language and mental expectation of common people of the society as I have developed friendly relationship with many families and discussed their day to day family problems. Therefore, if opportunity arise to serve the poor people, to develop various developmental plan at grassroot level, I can proof myself to enhance the life and livelihood with proper utilization of allocated fund without any corruption. Present education system of West Bengal is lacking to develop morality and spirituality to the young generation without which education is incomplete and society will not enriched from inner side. Through the support of ISKCON preaching, basic lesson from Vedic literatures, the Srimad Bhagabad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam and other spiritual scriptures can slowly be introduced in the syllabus of the primary and secondary levels such that an overall development can be achieved and reduce the level of frustration of the young generation.
Being a son of poor village and belong to schedule caste (SC) categories, I understand the feeling of untouchables and their culture and requirement. Special developmental plan has to be designed to actually brings the real schedule caste categories under the umbrella of SC/ST reservation which will be utilised to upgrade the life and livelihood of poor community, SC/ST in particular
Being a Professor of an agricultural University for last 20 years, I developed the skill to understand how modern agricultural system can be re-organised to increase the national GDP from agricultural sectors to feed the poor people of the society. New innovative plan can provide the farmers community to get daily/weekly/monthly incomes (like a salary person) instead of income after harvest from the field. I have many opportunities frequent interacts with the rural people during the Rural Agricultural Work Experience (RAWE) programme
Being a meteorologist and climate scientist, I have develop the unique skill to provide downscaled climate change scenarios for each districts of India for the last century and its future projection towards implementing any adaptations and mitigation strategies to combat climate change issues and sustain agricultural production under climate change scenarios.
As a member of International committee like Global Climate Research Programme (GCRP) and other organization like JAMSTEC, Japan and Norway Research Council (NRC), I established international linkage with world class scientists to exchange scientific views to address the environmental burning issues like climate change, melting problems in Himalayan and salinity problems in Sundarbans deltas.
As members of RSS particularly in Bharatiya Shikasha Mondal, along with the spiritual knowledge and experience gained from ISKCON which can be properly utilised for the development of West Bengal towards serving the nation to save Bharatmata particularly the GOMATA and Gangamata and Dharitrimata (Land) through which we can only save our culturally and spiritually reached society.
